Youghal ( / ˈ j ɔː l / YAWL ; Irish : Eochaill, meaning "yew wood") is a seaside resort town in County Cork , Ireland .
Older buildings in the town include Sir Walter Raleigh 's home "Myrtle Grove" and the St Mary's Collegiate Church , thought to have been founded by St. Declan around 450.
The town's Water Gate was built in the 13th century to provide access through the town walls to the docks.

The best hotels out there will have just one or two rooms available for your stay or if it is too expensive. However they can also be quite pricey these days we only allow 3 people per room which means that each person gets about 12 extra seats on their table. This includes all three places where everyone has an unlimited number! The cheapest place I could find was my home area near Soho's South End Street North West corner when asked by our staff how many guests had been seated next door. Youghal can trace its origins back to Viking times followed by the Normans, Sir Walter Raleigh and one man in particular Richard Boyle who transformed it into one of the most important trading ports in Ireland during medieval times.You can take a peek at it over the wall of St Mary's Collegiate church yard if you like, which is probably the most interesting church in Ireland having been in continuous use for over 1300 years.The self titled Earl of Cork went on to become the richest man in Ireland at the time, installing himself in Lismore Castle and owning all the land and mines from there to the port of Youghal, eventually shuffling off his mortal coil in 1643.He was an outstanding Englishman as well as being able not only get around Scotland but also got along with some other great people.
