Eps 18: Thursday Dumbs
In the podcast "Thursday Dumbs," the speakers discuss some of the dumbest news stories from the past week. They start off with a story about a man who was arrested for stealing a zoo's lemur and keeping it as a pet in his home, to which they express their confusion and disbelief. They also touch on a story about a woman who attempted to rob a bank with a toy gun, a "Florida man" who was arrested for using a parrot to sell drugs, and a man who accidentally shot himself in the groin while attempting to tuck his gun into his waistband. The speakers use humor to comment on these ridiculous news stories and wonder what led these individuals to make such dumb decisions.

In today's episode, we will be discussing some of the dumbest things people have done, from hilarious drunk shenanigans to bizarre accidents that left everyone scratching their heads.
Let's start with the story of a man who thought it was a good idea to try to smuggle drugs in his underwear. This man was traveling from Amsterdam to Australia when he was stopped by customs officials. After a body search, it was discovered that he had drugs stapled to his underwear. The man was immediately arrested and charged with drug smuggling.
Another example of stupidity at its finest was the case of a Welsh man who accidentally set his own house on fire while trying to kill a spider. According to reports, this man used a can of aerosol and a lighter to try to get rid of the spider, but ended up setting furniture on fire. The fire spread quickly, and the man had to be rescued by the fire department.
Moving on to the topic of drunk stupidity, we have a story of a man who got so drunk that he thought he was a penguin and jumped into a zoo enclosure. The man stripped down to his underwear and proceeded to waddle around with the penguins. He was eventually caught by zoo security and was lucky to escape unharmed.
In a similar story, a woman who had a little too much to drink walked into a local zoo's lion enclosure. She taunted the lions, and when they started to chase her, she began to run. Of course, the lions caught up with her, and she sustained serious injuries.
One of the most bizarre cases of stupidity comes from a young man who decided to steal a cow. He used a rope to tie the cow to the back of his car and drove off. However, he didn't realize the cow was too heavy for the rope and ended up dragging the animal along the road. The cow eventually died from its injuries, and the man was charged with animal cruelty.
These are just a few examples of the kind of stupidity we will be discussing on "Thursday Dumbs". So if you've ever done something that left you feeling embarrassed and ashamed, rest assured that you are not alone. Tune in next week for more stories of ridiculous behavior from around the world.
