Believing that our conscious mind is in charge prevents us from better understanding how to make better decisions, to name just a few.
We place too much emphasis on our conscious mind and believe that it directs our thoughts and somehow controls our unconscious mind. Ken Iverson offers a great example of how to turn thoughts into practical utility in Plain Talk.
At the moment of decision, we feel that we are acting freely and choosing from the infinity of decisions as if we want to. Research suggests that this sense of freedom may be due to the way the human brain works. Psychologists have also found that the goals that guide much of our behavior are often activated by our subconscious.
Neuroscience research has also found that our subconscious mind produces positive emotions when it recognizes a good opportunity to reach a goal. Saying affirmations in the present tense is important because the subconscious mind works to translate these positive intentions into reality, and the brain rewires itself faster. However, the opposite is the case if we do not expect them to help us achieve our active objectives.
When it comes to changes, our brains must be on board first, and over time the body will follow suit. New thoughts replace old thoughts with new thoughts by repetition until they have solidified in our minds. We account for 95% of brain power and manage everything our bodies need to function properly, from digestion and memory to eating and sleeping.
The remaining 5% of brain power is dedicated to interacting with the physical world, and our subconscious can remember everything we have ever done, said, or experienced. It's not creative, it doesn't understand a joke, but it's not stupid either, so it can't be confused with the brain.
The prevailing thoughts that remain in our conscious mind, whether negative or positive, invade and influence our subconscious. The more we repeat and repeat, the more trust we place in these words and the greater the influence of the dominant thought.
According to many scientific studies, one of the main causes of disease is hypochondria, and it is the result of a lack of confidence in our bodies and minds.
Since its publication in 1957, marketers and researchers have learned a lot about how the brain works and the many different unconscious influences that can influence our behavior. In recent decades, the strange wilderness of the subconscious described in the book Hidden Minds, Hidden Brain has been much better understood by social psychologists and behavioral scientists. In this three-part series we will investigate how tiny cues and stimuli can unconsciously significantly influence behavior.
The word is one of the first clues that inspire us to behave, and it is also the most common word in the world of psychology.
Sometimes the most amazing things happen, and if your subconscious mind is planning something big that day, all your efforts have been worth it. You remember a conversation with a client that will trigger a whole new idea for your marketing campaign, or you remember a project that could be overlooked and that your work will help you in the long run.
The mind is an incredible thing, and we must believe in ourselves to grasp its full power, not only for our own benefit, but also for the benefit of others.
Just like a computer, our subconscious does not judge or distinguish what we can achieve, achieve or achieve. Just like computers, it does not judge or discriminate against us on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, gender, ethnicity, etc.
If we learn to control our conscious mind and imprint the right programming on our subconscious mind, we will be absolutely unstoppable. When you use the power of your subconscious mind, it will always be easier to manifest what you want. You have the ability to create a list of ways, people, resources and situations that you need to have or do something.
Imagine how hard it would be to think about how to tie your shoes every time you have to do it, and imagine how difficult it would be if you thought about doing it all the time.
When we become aware of the nature of our inner language, we can shape new programming and change the direction of life. If we do not like the circumstances, there are ways to think that the mind points in a certain direction in which life moves. Our awareness of inner language gives us all the information we need to control our mind.
An example of flawed programming is to tell yourself that we cannot or have something, or that it does not need to be done or is deserved. If we repeat it often enough, our consciousness is affected by the prevailing thoughts that create a filter and store it in our subconscious. This helps us to affirm and express situations in life by holding onto the subconscious mind, and when it is repeated it can cause our thinking habits to change.
