But I've learned to ignore the negativity and focus on the positive impact it has had on our relationship. At the end of the day, what matters most is the love and trust I have for my father."
What advice do you have for other young people who may have unconventional family traditions or practices?
"My advice would be to embrace and celebrate the uniqueness of your family, regardless of what others may think. Family bonds are precious, and it's important to honor and respect the traditions that bring you closer together. As long as it comes from a place of love and mutual understanding, that's all that truly matters."
