Focus on Leveraged LearningWhile the first two aspects above speak to personality characteristics, I want to touch on four things you can specifically do and practice to build your infinite learning capability.
So in addition to learning by doing, you need to focus on leveraged learning, which is efficiently learning new topics and skills in a highly leveraged way.
What's important is creating space for yourself to reflect on the lessons learned from each of your experiences.

One of our statements in our vision is to create life long learners.In the lesson you can take it to work on a level 3 English research but really it is about being that life long learner and unfortunately the standard is just too small for the big picture.As teachers, we are sure that being a life long learner will give you fulfillment.To be able teach yourself something new or different I want to help people who need this. It's not so much when learning from my own experience as some other teacher would like me try teaching myself how things could go differently if someone else didn't have what they wanted
Infinite LearnerIn working on the podcast Masters of Scale, I've come to a perhaps surprising conclusion.I believe we are all, at best, what I call "infinite learners" people who not only enjoy learning, but need to be constantly learning on the job.As far as my understanding of many disciplines is concerned and even in some cases amoral it's very hard for me or anyone else with experience and skill set.
