Jasper told her friends, who only looked at him, believing that she was only trying to look tough. When the man asks the other man about it, the man explains he has been rubbing a bottle that he found on a beach, releasing a djinn that told him it can grant one of his wishes. One of the men picked it up and rubbed it, and, lo, a miniature elf came out and said that he could have three wishes.
Before any formal wishes could be made, the elf granted it, and made the first man only be able to talk Japanese. The following lines are about a person meeting the elf, who grants him his wish, but says that his ex-wife gets twice as much as he does. Another, involving a woman and her estranged husband, but the husband gets ten times more than he got from the first wish.
You gotta be careful about what you wish for, cause boy, are you gonna get that. This is probably going to be an example of the Jackass elf intentionally misinterpreting the wish, as the Klan will want to ensure that the wisheser is hanged as a Black man.
